Registration & Payments

A non-refundable $500.00 per person deposit is required at the time of registration. Full payment is due 90 days prior to the departure date. For reservations made within 90 days of departure, full payment is due at the time of registration.

Itinerary

Our best efforts will be made to keep itineraries as presented and provide you with the best possible trip experience. Trip itineraries are subject to change as uncontrollable circumstances may arise. G24 Tours reserves the right to reorganize the itinerary at any time which can result in adjusted accommodations, airlines, and touring arrangements. Uncompleted portions of the itinerary are not cause for refund.

Passports & Other Required Travel Documents

It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain appropriate valid travel documents and understand required documentation for each travel country. A valid passport is required of all travelers and must be valid six months after your return date of your tour otherwise you may be denied travel. Traveler must provide G24 Tours a copy of the inside page of your passport at the time of registration. G24 Tours is not responsible to advise travelers on required travel documents or for any cancellations due to missing documents required for travel. There are no refunds for travelers who do not have proper documentation. 

Reservation Documents

We will email final reservation documents approximately two weeks prior to departure. It is the traveler’s responsibility to check all information and contact G24 Tours directly should there be a need for any corrections.

Accommodations

Hotel accommodations are based on double occupancy. G24 Tours reserves the right to substitute a comparable category hotel without notice. Triple occupancy accommodations are possible at no reduction in cost. Private rooms are possible on request for additional fees.

Flights

Connections, layovers, seat assignments, and any conditions pertaining to air travel cannot be guaranteed and may change prior to departure by airlines. Modifications on group air tickets are not possible. Airline carriers may give some or no credit on group flights through your frequent flyer number.   It is the traveler’s responsibility to confirm mile eligibility when checking in at the airport. Group air is in economy class and is not available for an upgrade through G24 Tours. Issued airline tickets are 100% non-refundable/non-transferable. Any voluntary changes to your flight booking will incur additional fees.

Luggage

Each traveler is allowed to bring one carry-on bag (8″ x 14″ x 22″), one personal item, and one checked bag weighing up to 50 lbs. (23 kg) and maximum dimensions of 62 in (158 cm) totaled by adding the length + width + height of the bag. Please confirm the size and weight allowances with your airline. Any loss, theft of, delay, or damage to personal belongings is the traveler’s responsibility.

Cancellations & Refunds

Requesting a cancellation from your registration date to 91 days prior to the departure date, there is a $500.00 charge per person. Between 90 and 61 days prior to the departure date, there is a $500.00 charge and 50% of the total trip cost. Within 60 days prior to the departure date, 100% of total trip cost is charged. Please contact us if you need to cancel your reservation from the email address used to register for the tour. Cancellations will be effective on the date of receipt and refunds processed between 30 and 60 days.

Travel Insurance

We strongly advise travelers to obtain travel insurance for protection of travel investments and medical coverage while traveling. Travel insurance can protect you against unexpected circumstances. G24 Tours shall be under no responsibility or liability for expenses incurred by me for injuries, illnesses, or any other matters that I may incur while on the trip.

Physical Condition

It is essential to be ready, willing, and physically fit to participate in activites of a tour as there will be plenty of walking, sometimes over extensive distances, uneven terrain and hills. G24 Tours will make all efforts to accommodate special needs. Though, some activities will not have accommodations for the disabled. By registering, you agree to be prepared and to not hold G24 Tours responsible for any difficulties that may arise due to weather, terrain or distances. If unable or reluctant to participate in certain activities, be sure to notify your tour guide. G24 Tours is not responsible to refund you for any unused sightseeing, additional cost for transportation or hiring assistants. Anyone that requires physical assistance must bring their own companion who is ready and able to assist them.

Participation

G24 Tours has the exclusive right and discretion to dismiss any traveler from a tour at any time who is deemed incompatible with the safety, comfort or convenience of other members of the trip without any liability.

Dietary Requests

Please forward any special dietary requests on your own as needed while on tour as G24 Tours cannot guarantee these requirements.

Tour Cancellation by G24 Tours

Although unlikely, your trip may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. If G24 Tours cancels a trip you have paid for, you will be fully refunded between 30 and 60 days after the trip’s cancellation date. G24 Tours and its representatives have no other obligations to members on cancelled trips including any additional costs or fees related to the issuance and/or cancellation of airline tickets or other travel reservations not made by G24 Tours. Cancellations due to state advisories and/or state warnings, Acts of War, War, Terrorism, Acts of God, Natural Disaster, or any other circumstance outside the control of G24 Tours, are not the fault of G24 Tours. We will provide our best efforts to accommodate travelers on another trip or to adjust itinerary, though, cancellation for any of these reasons will not qualify for a refund.

Liability Release

By accepting the terms and conditions, I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to litigate G24 Tours, its employees and agents (hereinafter referred to as “releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or relating to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while traveling. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of my traveling. I further hereby agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the releasees and each of them, from any loss, liability, damage or costs they may incur during my travels. It is my express intent that this Release shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a Release, Waiver, Discharge and Covenant Not to Sue the above named releasees.

I understand that there are unavoidable and unforeseeable risks in travel abroad. These risks include, but are not limited to, criminal activity, terrorism, public health risks, transportation risks, property loss or damage, physical or emotional injury, and death. I acknowledge that I have independently reviewed and assessed said risks. Knowing these risks, and in consideration of being permitted to participate in G24 Tours’ trips, I agree, on behalf of myself, my family, heirs, and personal representative(s) to assume all the risks and responsibilities surrounding my participation in G24 Tours’ trip. To the maximum extent permitted by the law, I release, hold harmless and indemnify G24 Tours, its employees and agents, from and against any present or future claims, loss, or liability for injury to person or property, which I may suffer, or for which I may be liable to any other person or entity, during my participation in G24 Tours’ trip (including periods in transits to or from the country where the trip is being held).

Errors and Omissions

Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information on our online website and forms or by communication. G24 Tours is not responsible for any possible errors or omissions and reserves the right to correct any such errors and to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Should a billing error arise, G24 Tours reserves the right to correct the invoice and you will be responsible for appropriate payment.
