The Terms and Conditions for the purchase of tour packages by G24 Tours (“tour packages”) presented on this website (“site”) owned and managed by G24 Tours LLC (“G24 Tours”) are included in the contract of booking (“booking contract”). Every user visiting the site (“user”) should view the booking contract before completing a booking for purchase of tour packages on the site (“booking”). The purchase of tour packages on this site means the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions shall become effective automatically upon being published by G24 Tours on this site and will regulate all the subsequent bookings of tour packages.
The purchase of tour packages on this site is permissible to travelers (“travelers”) – persons able to complete agreements according to the applicable law or under parental (or guardian) consent, when needed. When submitting a booking, travelers must provide all the personal information required by this site, including but not limited to their own first name, surname, date of birth, email address, billing and delivery address, passport photo page. All such information must be true, accurate and up to date.
After the electronic submission of a booking, the traveler will receive a specific email confirming receipt of the booking.
Such communication acts as a notification to the traveler that the booking has been received. That does not represent acceptance of the booking on the part of G24 Tours. If any information in the confirmation email appears incorrect, the traveler must inform the G24 Tours’ team (“G24 Tours Team”) via the link included in the confirmation email.
The acceptance of the booking on the part of G24 Tours will take place only when the traveler receives a booking confirmation by email (“Booking Confirmation”), usually at the same time as the registration deposit is received. The relevant booking contract should be considered finalized at the time of receipt of the booking confirmation on the part of the traveler.
Before that time, G24 Tours reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a booking at its discretion.
A registration deposit is required to confirm a reservation that shall be determined at the time of Booking. A second deposit is due 150 days prior to the departure date to reserve a flight ticket. Final payment is due 90 days prior to the departure date. For reservations made within 90 days of departure, full payment is due at the time of registration. Failure to strictly comply with the deposit and final payment schedules, or any other applicable policies and procedures, will result in the automatic cancellation of pending reservations.

If your reservation is made inside of the final payment window, the entire cost of the Tour Package must be paid at the time of the request to secure confirmation.
Payments are non-refundable. Only if applicable, any refunds or returned payments are usually issued using the original form of payment on the account.
G24 Tours reserves the right to cancel a traveler for non-payment.
Payments are non-refundable. Check tour documents for any specific schedule or exclusions.
Once a deposit or partial/full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date the written cancellation is received.
All non-refundable amounts are non-transferrable, and replacements cannot be made. A name change is considered a cancellation and is subject to additional fees.
If a traveler is removed from the tour for any reason, all cancellation terms will apply.
State Department, CDC, & Other Agencies Travel Advisories and Warnings
Although unlikely, your trip may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. If G24 Tours cancels a tour you have paid for, you will be fully refunded between 30 and 60 days after the tours’ cancellation date. G24 Tours and its representatives have no other obligations to travelers on cancelled tours including any additional costs or fees related to the issuance and/or cancellation of airline tickets or other travel reservations not made by G24 Tours.
Occasionally the State Department of the United States, the Centers for Disease Control, and other government agencies and departments issue travel advisories or warnings for one or more of the destinations that may be included on tour. Please visit Travel Advisories (state.gov) or Travelers’ Health | CDC for the latest information, advisories, and warnings. G24 Tours is not obligated to change the Cancellation Terms and Conditions based on the issuance of any such warning or advisory or the occurrence of any act of terror, health, or other incidents, in one or more of the places this tour is scheduled to visit.
Cancellations due to state advisories and/or state warnings, Acts of War, War, Terrorism, Acts of God, Natural Disaster, or any other circumstance outside the control of G24 Tours, are not the fault of G24 Tours. We will provide our best efforts to accommodate travelers on another tour or to adjust the itinerary. Cancellations for any of these reasons will not qualify for a refund. All cancellation terms remain in effect, regardless of the issuance of any travel advisory or warning.
G24 Tours strongly recommends purchasing a travel protection plan from a third-party insurance company to help protect the traveler’s investment in the tour, and to help provide certain medical coverage while traveling. Protection plans help provide coverage for unexpected circumstances. Such policies as well as Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) coverage are available for purchase from Travel Insured. Terms vary, depending on the travel protection carrier chosen, and the terms of the plan purchased. Traveler agrees that under no circumstance will G24 Tours refund the cost of any purchased travel insurance or be held liable for any expenses incurred by travelers for related matters while on the tour.
Prices
G24 Tours prices are per person, double occupancy except where indicated. Tour packages are offered only as described at the stated price. It is not possible to book a portion of the tour and there is no right to a refund for any unused services. Prices are guaranteed once trip is paid in full. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are based on several factors, including but not limited to, current currency rates, a minimum number of travelers, tour inclusions, the date of registration, and tariffs and fuel costs, as well as transportation or vendor-related increases due to group-imposed schedule changes or delays. Although not expected, prices may be modified due to significant external factors not forecasted at the time of publishing. G24 Tours is under no obligation to give a breakdown in costs and services of any tour. Any modifications to a tour itinerary, including dates or number of people traveling, will require revisions. G24 Tours reserves the right to adjust prices at any time prior to final payment and without prior notice if circumstances so warrant. Any devaluation or revaluation of currencies may affect the published price. If a traveler chooses to cancel due to the increase in price, all cancellation terms will apply as outlined in the tour documents.
Accommodations
G24 Tours reserves the right to substitute a comparable category hotel without prior notice. Hotel accommodations are based on twin-bedded or double rooms (double occupancy).
Rooms: tour prices are per person according to a room type:
Single occupancy is one person in a private single room for an additional cost; double occupancy is two persons in one room at no reduction in cost – travelers are to provide us with the name of their travel roommate at time of registration; triple occupancy is three persons in one room at no reduction in cost – most hotels offer triple accommodations, however we do not recommend triple rooms as it may pose a challenge with timing between three roommates; room share: if a traveler selects to share a room, but a roommate cannot be arranged or a roommate cancels, the traveler agrees to pay the higher price associated with the reduced occupancy.
Room Upgrades & Requests
Upgrades are typically available on request at individual hotels for an additional cost. Please ask G24 Tours for details and prices.
Additionally, to be able to accommodate traveler’s specific requests such as adjacent or connecting rooms, bedding requests, smoking rooms and special dietary needs, please advise G24 Tours of traveler’s specific request at the time of booking. G24 Tours will make reasonable efforts to secure traveler’s special requests but cannot guarantee that traveler’s special request will be met because it is subject to the supplier’s availability and/or capability.
Hotel Check-In
Most hotels allow check-in to take place during the midafternoon. Should you wish to have a guaranteed room ready for your immediate check-in upon arrival, it requires an additional room night to be confirmed. Please ask G24 Tours for details and prices. Requests for early check-in based on hotel availability cannot be guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of the hotel.
Reasonable efforts will be made to operate itineraries as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued. G24 Tours reserves the right to modify program itineraries, including arranged sightseeing and featured experts, and substitute accommodations, including aircraft and touring arrangements, at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond G24 Tours’ control. G24 Tours may need to modify specified events, dates, and/or venues to better fit the confirmed itinerary. G24 Tours, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to alter or cancel the itinerary as it deems necessary or advisable, and is not responsible for reimbursement because of any such changes.
Traveler understands, acknowledges and agrees that changes to itineraries for any tour may be made without previous notice to the traveler, and without liability to the traveler for any loss, damage or delay whatsoever, howsoever consequential.
Travel Documents
G24 Tours sends final travel documents approximately 2 weeks prior to departure. It is the traveler’s responsibility to check all information and contact G24 Tours directly should there be a need for any corrections.
Participation
G24 Tours reserves the right to accept or dismiss any traveler on any of its tours at any time before or during a tour, in its sole discretion, who is deemed incompatible with the safety, comfort or convenience of other travelers or to others or to the tour without any liability. In the event any traveler is dismissed from a tour, G24 Tours is not obligated to refund that person under such circumstances.
Fitness to Travel
Travelers must be medically and physically fit to participate in activities of a tour which often require more walking, sometimes over long distances and uneven terrain, climbing steps over multiple levels or hills, and long periods of standing.
Special Requirements
International tours are not always wheelchair accessible and are not suitable for motorized scooters, walkers, and canes. For domestic tours, G24 Tours will make reasonable attempts to accommodate special needs. At the time of booking, the traveler must notify G24 Tours in writing of any medical conditions or equipment for G24 Tours’ evaluation of feasibility.
Should any special assistance be required, the traveler agrees to bring a companion capable and willing to assist the traveler. Traveler understands, acknowledges and agrees to be prepared and to not hold G24 Tours responsible for any difficulties that may arise due to weather, terrain or distances. If unable or reluctant to participate in certain activities, be sure to notify your tour guide. G24 Tours is not responsible to refund you for any unused sightseeing, additional cost for transportation or hiring assistants.
Dietary Requirements
Please forward any special dietary requests on your own as needed while on a tour as G24 Tours cannot accommodate any food allergies, or dietary requirements and restrictions, and is not responsible for any problems associated with same. All such matters are the sole responsibility of the traveler and must be discussed with food and drink vendors while on tour.
When traveling within the United States of America after May 7, 2025: REAL ID Required
Travelers traveling on or after May 7, 2025, must travel with a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or state ID. For a comprehensive list of all states and their compliance status, refer to the homeland security website.
Travelers who have driver’s licenses issued by a state that is not yet compliant with REAL ID and that has not received an extension will need to show an alternative form of acceptable identification for domestic air travel. Please see TSA’s website for a list of acceptable forms of identification.
Travelers who have licenses issued by a state that is compliant or that has an extension to become compliant with REAL ID requirements may continue to use their licenses as usual.
TSA does not require children under 18 to provide identification when traveling with a companion within the U.S. (However, it is still preferable to have a birth certificate copy, school ID, state ID, or driver’s license.) The companion will need acceptable identification.
When traveling outside of the United States of America
A valid U.S. passport book is required of all travelers. Passports often must be valid for six months following the return date of the tour. Otherwise, boarding or entry into the destination may be denied. Travelers should allow for sufficient processing time when applying for a passport. Traveler must provide G24 Tours with a copy of the inside page of your passport (showing your name and photo) at the time of registration.
Visas
Visas are required for certain international destinations. Travelers are responsible for understanding visa requirements and paying associated costs. G24 Tours is not responsible for advising travelers on passport or Visa requirements or any consequences of not having proper identification or approval for travel.
Non-U.S. passport holders are responsible for researching and obtaining proper passports, visas, permits, and related documentation to travel. There are no refunds for travelers who do not have proper documentation.
ETA/ETIAS
Travelers are required to obtain their ETIAS/ETA directly through the official travel systems before departure. This process must be completed independently. Please note that if an application is denied, refunds will not be issued.
Minors (under the age of 18)
Minors traveling with only one parent or without a parent may need notarized written consent from the absent parent. Minors interested in traveling without their parents should contact the embassy to address admissibility questions. A list of embassies and entry requirements can be obtained at the Department of State website, or by calling the embassy by phone.
Group Air
The number of connections, length of layovers, preference for seat assignments, and all conditions pertaining to air travel cannot be guaranteed and may change before departure. Accordingly, if you require specific air travel needs and are not flexible concerning group air travel, you should consider purchasing a land only package and securing your own air arrangements.
Modifications are not allowed on group air tickets. If you want to travel on different dates, you must travel Land Only and purchase your own airfare.
Seat Assignments: Please note that group seats are assigned “at the discretion of the airline”. Specific seat assignments cannot be guaranteed (including seating next to your travel companions). Seat numbers will not be advised until check-in at the airport. If you require specific seats, G24 Tours suggests you book the tour package as Land Only and arrange your own airfare. Note that ‘bulkhead’ and ‘exit row’ seats are assigned by the carrier at the airport.
Mileage Credit: Airline carriers may give some or no credit or only partial credit on group flights. Please confirm your frequent flyer number when checking in at the airport to ensure any eligible miles will be recorded. G24 Tours will be unable to add frequent flyer numbers after tour departure.
Group Air is Not Upgradable: Group air is usually economy class and is not upgradable to first class, business, or economy plus. Group Air May Not Operate: if a minimum number of passengers is not reached, G24 Tours may drop the group flights and passengers will be refunded and instructed to purchase flights on their own.
Domestic Air to or from a Gateway City: Some International packages are sold with air to and from a Gateway City. In those instances, it is the responsibility of the traveler to purchase domestic air to the Gateway City. Travelers will be notified of the name of the exact Gateway City about 60 days prior to departure. Please do not buy domestic flights beforehand.
Land Only
Those selecting to make their own airfare arrangements will travel “LAND ONLY.” In this case, travelers must notify G24 Tours no less than 120 days before departure, be responsible for meeting the group at a specified location and time on the tour and agree to the Land Only Terms. Land Only travelers are responsible for the arrangement and cost of transfers to and from the airports. Do not purchase independent airfare tickets until notified in writing that the minimum group size has been met and the tour will operate. This will be provided no later than 60 days prior to departure.
When group airfare is not included, airport transfers at destination are not included in the package. The traveler is responsible for arranging such a transfer to meet the rest of the group. Transfers can be very costly, more than $500 USD one way for certain destinations.
Flight Cancellations and Delays: G24 Tours is not responsible for any loss incurred by travelers due to a canceled flight or other means of transportation. Please investigate purchasing a travel protection plan to potentially cover any type of loss associated with canceled air or other transportation.
Photography
G24 Tours may take photographs or videos of its tours and tour travelers. The traveler grants G24 Tours permission to do so, and for G24 Tours to use such for promotional or commercial use, without payment of any fees or royalties.
Errors and Omissions
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information on the G24 Tours website, in our flyers and brochures, reservation forms, and communicated by G24 Tours personnel, errors and omissions are possible. G24 Tours is not responsible for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to correct any such errors and to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Should a billing mistake happen, G24 Tours reserves the right to correct the invoice, and travelers will be responsible for applicable payment.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions, I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to litigate G24 Tours, its employees and agents (hereinafter referred to as “releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or relating to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while traveling. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of my traveling. I further hereby agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the releasees and each of them, from any loss, liability, damage or costs they may incur during my travels. It is my express intent that this Release shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a Release, Waiver, Discharge and Covenant Not to Sue the above named releasees
I understand that there are unavoidable and unforeseeable risks in travel abroad. These risks include, but are not limited to, criminal activity, terrorism, public health risks, transportation risks, property loss or damage, physical or emotional injury, and death. I acknowledge that I have independently reviewed and assessed said risks. Knowing these risks, and in consideration of being permitted to participate in G24 Tours’ trips, I agree, on behalf of myself, my family, heirs, and personal representative(s) to assume all the risks and responsibilities surrounding my participation in G24 Tours’ trip. To the maximum extent permitted by the law, I release, hold harmless and indemnify G24 Tours, its employees and agents, from and against any present or future claims, loss, or liability for injury to person or property, which I may suffer, or for which I may be liable to any other person or entity, during my participation in G24 Tours’ tour (including periods in transits to or from the country where the trip is being held).
